SpiderSkull Field

I have just completed hump day for my last week. This means that I have only one and a half days left of working here in Vermont. Also that I have a little over a week before I depart to Poland. Amee is planning on starting a myspace page and wants me to do the same so I may start using that for an online journal. If so I will post an update with a link to that page.
As for this last week of work I have been asigned to a transect that is located 30 minutes away by car and an aditional 45 minute hike through the woods. Since travel is included and we have to be back by four we only have to work 5.5 hours for an 8 hour day and 30 minutes of that is lunch. The site is in this large wide open field full of some yellow flowers. The only drawback is that between every other flower is a series of large spider webs with big yellow spiders in them. Now spiders are my least favorite creature and while I used to fear them now I usually destroy them, except these because I would spend all day fighting spiders. The soil is also clay and that just sucks. Oh well its what I am paid for. Well I that will be it since there is not much going on except work and R&R.
