As an ex-librarian, I am a complete sucker for book sales with % off coupons. Therefore, this weekend I bought quite a few books at two Borders bookstores, including a couple of picture books for my niece and nephew's July birthdays, a couple of sci-fi/fantasy books, and the book "what would Buffy do: the vampire slayer as spiritual guide", heh.

I am an ex library assistant. I worked in libraries for about 8 years and loved it and if I had my time again I would have been a librarian. There is no such thing as too many books is there :)

yes, the white chokky fudge went down quite well, though it was a bit sticky. I was a library assistant for three years, then I went to uni to become a librarian. Libraries are pretty nice places to work in :-) There certainly isn't anything like too many books, but the lack of bookshelves in my one bedroom unit can be problem sometimes :-(
