It's kind of sad. I only seem to be able to want to cook something really nice for myself when I'm alone. Folks are up north visiting Jessi for her baby shower and I couldn't get the day they left off, so I ended up staying home. I'd like to think I've gotten pretty good at all of this, coming up with different ways to make things taste better. ( Read more... )
