PotC breaks a box office record.
Woot! Pirates of the Caribbean broke the record for the most money made on opening weekend that was set by Spiderman *gags*. I heard this on the radio. Supposedly it grossed 20 million more though the official numbers aren't in yet since there are still showing going on all over the world yet. I was hoping it would break the record and it has. Yay!
Work today was okay. The lines were steady but not too bad thankfully. We had no swing shift since Anthony didn't show up on the fourth and is suspended. We needed swing. Because we lacked one I was on register late and they didn't get Jason off until after five when his lazy sister finally showed up late as usual. We didn't get out until nearly six.
Frankie looked at the car and only made me more confused by his ramblings. I think the radiator has a crack somewhere. I might have to see if my other cousin's husband can fix it since it won't take him quite as long as seventy-something year old Frankie. For now it's only to work and home. I have to keep water on me in case I need to add it so the car doesn't over heat or mess up the entire engine. Joy.
Now to do a few things before nine when a show on an Egyptian tomb comes on. I watched the first part a few weeks ago and it was a cliffhanger, leaving you not knowing who or what was in the last coffin. Some think it might be someone related to King Tut. Who knows. It would be amazing if it ended up being his queen who disappeared from history shortly after he died.
Tomorrow I work then again on Wednesday. To my joy and pleasure I work with George Wednesday morning. It was supposed to be Michelle but they either switched or got switched. *dances for joy*
Also I'm in the mood to work on my Jack Sparrow plushie again. If I can get the motivation I might do some work on him later on.
