Christmas lights and Ocean City in 25° weather.
Tonight Jenn, Britt, Stef and I drove around looking at Christmas lights. Brittany brought along her video camera and we recorded some houses, trees and some of our random conversations. We then decided to drive down to Ocean City to check out the lights down there. On the way Britt and Stef were recording us talking, waving at the camera, the road and the cars on it and monitoring Jenn's driving speed too. It pretty much died before getting into OC.
We didn't find all that many houses lit up so we ended up at the arcade for over an hour playing Skee Ball, air hockey, pinball, a jet ski simulation game and even shooting a game or two of pool. It was fun, especially since I beat Stefanie at both games of air hockey as usual and the game of pool too. And we even took a few pictures of us having fun. We left the arcade after 9:30 and stopped to get something to eat and headed back home.
I say we need more random Ocean City trips in the middle of the winter when it's only about 25°. How many people do you know who do such a thing?!
And tomorrow I work from 10:15 until 5:15. They called me and asked if I could come in. I need the money so I said yes. *In a bored and dull tone* I'm oh so excited to get to be working King Kong. Joy, oh joy. Someone calm me down before I overexert myself from all the excitement I'm feeling. Please. Oh, please, calm me down.
And after work Stef and I might go with Jenn to her great grandmother's so we can put up Christmas decorations for her. Maybe we can stop at Wal-Mart if we have time to get the film developed. If not then hopefully soon since I want to see how the pics came out. I'm going to get them put onto a disk so I can upload them online.
How many nuts do you know hang Christmas lights up at 1:30 in the morning? *raised her hand guiltily* Me. I hung lights up in the sliding door and the front window. God, I need help. LOL.
Got my Christmas cards done last night. Now I just have to mail them out. Is there anyone not on the list to get one but would like one? If so comment here with your address. I'll screen the comments.
