[Yes, he is a pony.  A very frowny black pony.  As an added insult, his beloved Subway Boss hat has been transformed into a cowboy hat, and he has an insatiable craving for apples.  This is very distressing!  And what better way to calm down with some relaxing paperwork? Sadly, ponies do not have opposable thumbs.  Nobori has had to ditch the paperwork idea and is wandering around the streets, looking aimlessly for a light rail station to haunt, since a space station obviously can't have an underground train system.  It's quite likely you'll run into him, with his Chandelure trailing mournfully behind.]
