I'm bored at work and I've napped all I can.

Please send a deck of playing cards and snacks.

It doesn't matter if it's boring or not, you are being paid to do something and that something is not sleeping. If you have time while working to do something else at least use it productively.

But this job is stupid, I should be allowed to sleep through it.

It doesn't matter how stupid it is, they're not paying you to slack off. At the very least do something productive in relation to something else.

What is your job anyway?

I'm a therapist! For these guys! [ She turns her Guide to show him... On the other chair in the room there's a slinky. Just sitting there. ]

... I really think it's fine to slack off on a job like this.

W-well anyway... you could use that time to do something else that needs to be done rather than sleeping.

Sleep is something that needs to be done! Everyone needs sleep!

At the appropriate times which is at night for about eight or so hours.

Only eight?!

Eight is the healthy average, though between seven and nine is what is expected, more than that is too much.

I don't think there's such a thing as too much.

Of course there is. If the body sleeps too much it becomes groggy.

That doesn't happen to me, so the amount I sleep must be fine!
