You wouldn't be bored out of your mind if you had been loyal and stayed with your brigade chief, you know. It would be more acceptable if you were at least making good use of your time on a different ship, but you aren't doing that! Research isn't nearly as important as first-hand experience! Since when are you interested in verifying the moon landings, anyway?
