[Well, that's why Canada's been crying all day, even though it wasn't much of a mystery to Holmes-- he's been wondering if he should say something, but he wasn't really sure if he should impede on Canada's business.

[After a long pause there comes a slight scuffing sound at the door, then it cracks open. Kumajirou looks up at Holmes through the gap, then moves back into the room.]

[Canada doesn't stir, but he does answer in a faint voice:]
