[Bulma sighs as she walks towards the residential area where she has been told that her room is, her steps are heavy and tired. She's exhausted, emotionally rather than physically and her eyes are red from crying. They haven't swollen up yet but it won't take long, now that the last stamp was put and she got the stupid towel, the guide and directions to a room, all she wants to do is crawl there and hide under the sheets. She knows it's childish, it won't change anything, the Earth will still be gone when she wakes up next morning, but at least she will be able to start the day anew. Right now she's just at a loss. Unfortunately, her face will probably be a mess tomorrow, at least now she just has to deal with the red from crying eyes and given the situation no one can blame her for it, she should take the chance and introduce herself or something. But what to say... What to concentrate in? She doesn't want pity, it's impossible she could get it here anyway if there are so many who have lost their planets as it seemed. And she's so much not in the mood...
Get a grip of yourself, Bulma, this is just like having a business meeting after one of those all-nights you and your father made to fix what Vegeta had destroyed. That's right, she just has to try to be professional, she'll concentrate in work, in her new goals and the sooner she starts the better.]
Good day, everyone who can hear this. My name's Bulma Brief, former resident of a planet named Earth, I arrived here just today and will be staying with you all for an undetermined amount of time...
[At least until she can build an universal Dragon Radar -or one capable of covering a wide enough range for a space search to be possible- and gets close to Namek or her own space ship to go there.]
I have to admit, this kind of advancement in communication never occurred to my company but it certainly seems useful. Does anyone know where I could find information about how it's built and programmed to work? I can guess the basics but I have a feeling that this has more to it than what it seems at first.
Also, anyone knows at what speed does this ship move? I've lost track of time while dealing with all the paperwork [And by spacing out when she arrived thinking about what had happened.]. I would like to calculate the approximate position of the ship in space with due time and knowing its usual speed would help me a lot, though it can be done without that too.
