If anyone is looking for Dean Winchester, I believe he has left the ship.

[The view shifts from Castiel's face to show something in front of him, and it's obvious he's in a bar somewhere.

There's a beat-up cardboard box on the table in front of him. He pulls a cassette tape out of the box and examines it carefully.]His car is also gone, but he ( Read more... )

[Shakes his head and points at the casette.]

I never thought I'd see one of those again.

Oh. [He frowns at the cassettes again.]

Dean used to play music in his car with them. I don't know what kind of machine would be needed to play them though.

Really? [Makes a funny face.] His car was very old then...

You need a casette player. I'd say they don't make them anymore, but I've found weirder things here. Maybe a store that sells collectionables or old stuff? Although if it's the music that you want, you can always download it on your guide.

Is forty years considered old? [It's all relative to him.]

Thank you. I'll have to look around.

[He's examining the cassettes again.] I'm not sure what music is on them. The labels are somewhat difficult to read.

Forty years?! And it was still working?!

No problem! [Chuckles.] Told you, they're really old. Do you remember any of the songs? I can tell you the singer you have to look for.

He took very good care of the car.

[He ponders that for a moment.] I don't think I heard all of these. I do know his favorite was something called 'Led Zeppelin'.

I bet...

Oh, of course! Castiel-san mentioned classic rock the other time! Yes, Led Zeppeling is a band. You also have AC/DC, Guns N Roses and The Rolling Stones.

[He's poking through the box again and finds one with a legible label.]

What's a Metallica?

Another band! Now that's what I call a classic. Your friend has good taste on music.

I'm sure I would recognize some of the music if I heard it.

That can be arranged! [Give him a minute while he connects his I-pod to his guide and soon enough, Metallica starts playing through the speakers.]

Well, that's Metallica! If you don't find a cassette-player, their music is easy to find to download. [Eyes the shot glass.] Music helps better than alcohol. [Hypocrite!]

[Castiel just shrugs.]

The alcohol doesn't affect me. It just seemed to be a customary human reaction to sudden loss.
