Is it better to over-analyze or to blindly accept any given circumstance thrown into your lap? Either way, I believe the situation remains unchanged.

If these aliens expect for individuals to fill out this much paperwork directly after being told their world has been destroyed, then they all suffer from an acute form of naivete.

I suppose asking about criminal history would be pointless, since I doubt they would get any honest answers and there's no way to verify it.

Actually I'm not sure they care about honest answers for any of that paperwork.
