Ok... I understand touch football - since the game pauses when the forward motion is stopped - be it by tackle or touch. How... uhm... does touch rugby work?

It is the same thing, the only difference is you put the ball on the ground and go into a ruck. It isn't nearly as aggressive as actual rugby so there is little chance the opposite side wins the ruck.. sometimes you do.

other than that.. it is pretty much the same.. I don't know scrums are handled but since there isn't a ref you don't really have to worry about those.
