Notes: Running was okay. After 1.2 mi into tempo I felt aweful and had to rest a bit. Rest of the way was okay. Started feeling alot better. Need to work on running at tempo and pushing myself in running workouts more.
Biking was okay. Took it a little bit too easy for a work out, but it was raining.
Yoga was great! First hour was earth which works the upper body. Last 30 minutes was wood which works the core. I want to go to wood tomorrow!
