Medicinal healing herb garden ideas for zone 5/6 for ... SHADE
this is kind of a tall order. Ive been asked to supply a list of 'healing' plants for a medicinal herb garden but its SHADE! dappled shade, I wouldnt even call it part shade.
The only think I can think of is Solomons Seal (Polygonatum) and St. Johnswort (Hypericum prolificum)
the garden isnt for actual harvesting, it's sort of a demonstration/'this is what those plants look like' garden.
any other ideas? I'm really stumped, the SHADE part really cuts out so many choices
