Recipe for Hand Salve, Strawberry question
For anyone interested in making his own hand salve, one of my favorite blogs posted a recipe for gardeners. It looks fairly simple.

Strawberries: Last year I grew a few alpine strawberry seeds and they took off well enough UNTIL they were transplanted. At that point they died. I tried multiple times but each time the seedlings looked great and sturdy and then ended up dead (or eaten by the dog.) I would really like to have a hanging basket with strawberries this summer.
Suggestions?
