*Happy Thanksgiving!*
Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, I'm going to steal Ant's and Scott's idea about writing what I'm thankful for
I am truly thankful for having such a wonderful and supporting family. My mom is always there for me and does everything for me. She's the best mom in the world. My brother, although we fight a lot, cares so much about me. My grandma, let us move in with her when we had to leave our house. My aunts and uncles on the Gilmore side of the family (and Auntie Laurie & Uncle Dan on dad's side)...they are all such awesome, caring, and loving people. My cousins who I'm so close to, I love them to death and could never imagine not having them for friends. I have the best family any girl could ever ask for! <3
My friends are such amazing people, and without them in my life, I would not be here today. Anthony, my best friend...he is such a great person; he's always there for me, always willing to talk and help fix my problems. He's like my big brother, and he's my anorexic teddy bear! Scott, another one of my best friends...we've had so many great times together, never once have we fought (at least not that I remember LOL), and you're always willing to kill anyone who hurts me! HeHe! Caserra, my newest best friend...she's such a fun person, she's wicked nice, and she has an amazing voice. She rocks my socks! Lily, my Michael Bublé-loving best friend…you’re always there to talk and you always help me get through everything. You’re such an awesome person! Lisa, I miss you! Band isn’t the same without you! You’re such a nice person and I’m soo happy I have you for a friend! Ron, you’re such a cool guy! Band geeks rule! Yayith! I’m so happy I met you…you’re so awesome! Nabil, you’re so much fun! You’re such an awesome person! Jane, I miss you!!!! You’re such a great person, and you’re so much fun! Cherish, you’re always there to talk and you always help me out! I’m so happy I met you! Ashley, you’re so much fun! I’m sorry things haven’t been going too well for you, but things will get better! Emily, I miss you! You’re so awesome! I’m so thankful for everyone else, you know who you are. They probably won’t read this, so yeah. I love you all so much and I’m so thankful to have you all in my life! <3
I’m thankful for having a roof over my head. Because of my parent’s divorce, we had to leave our house, and if it weren’t for my grandma, we’d probably be living in a crappy apartment somewhere.
I’m thankful for having my health, and for life itself. I tend to take that for granted, and I know that there are people a lot worse off than me, so I’m extremely thankful for what I have.
Well, this is already a wicked long entry, so I’ll just stop there! Well, I haven’t updated in a while, so I’ve got a lot to catch up on…let’s hope I can remember it all! I didn’t go to school last Wednesday because I felt really weak and stuff. I think it was associated with me being depressed, like I didn’t want to move. So yeah, I went to school Thursday so I could get all my work and stuff, still feeling like crap. Then I stayed out Friday. Woo. On Saturday, I felt a million times better, thank god. The cable guy came to fix the cable (Now I know why he’s called the CABLE guy lol)…and I had my spongebob slippers on. Well, my mom called me downstairs, and when I was walking down the stairs, I slipped, and fell! It was HILARIOUS! The guy was all nervous asking “Is she okay?!?” My mom replied “Oh yeah, she’s fine. She does this all the time, I just ignore it now!” LMAO! It was so embarrassing! LOLOL! Anthony called me later on and he, Scott, and I went to Target. I bought the “Elf” DVD, some gum, the new People magazine with Jude Law as the sexiest man alive *sigh*, and CLAY AIKEN’S CHRISTMAS CD!!! It’s such a beautiful CD…I was balling my eyes out when I listened to it at home! After Target, we went to Scott’s house and played Smash Brothers or something like that! I was supposed to be home at 11:30, but we started talking to Mrs. Johnson and Lisa, so I didn’t get home until 1:00! LOL! It was a fun night though!
On Sunday, I went with my dad. We went to his apartment ALL day. I decided to paint the little plaster Christmas things. I painted a snowman, a bell, a penguin, and a Christmas Tree picture frame! After that, we stopped at home to get Danny’s trumpet and for me to get his girlfriend’s book. I wanted to stay home so bad, I was crying and stuff…but we ended up sleeping over. We got a pizza from Uncle Tony’s (I drove), and we went home and watched “Searching for David’s Heart” on ABC Family. It was a really good movie. So I went in my bedroom with my headphones, and fell asleep listening to Clay.
Monday was a pretty boring day at school. I don’t really remember much of the school day! HeHe! I had to stay after for a newspaper meeting, and Anthony gave me a ride home. I ran around like a nut trying to get ready for SADD volleyball. I was running a couple minutes behind, but Ant didn’t have to wait that long. He drove like crazy to pick up Caserra, Scott, and Laura. It was so funny…I though we were all going to die! We were all screaming and laughing the entire ride up there! We met up with Ron, Katy and Doug showed up later. We all wore black except for Doug, who had a bright orange shirt on! LoL! Almost everyone had their chucks on too! We were the reject team! Everyone else looked all athletic and stuff…we had jeans LOL! We won the first game without even playing because the other team wasn’t there. We played the first game and lost by 18 to 20…not that bad. We lost really bad to the teachers…I think it was 8 to 20 LOL! After that, Ant, Scott, Caserra, Ron, Laura, and I went out for ice cream. Scott, Caserra, Ron, and Laura all had to squish in the back seat. It was so funny! We went to Newport Creamery’s. It was fun! Ron had to leave kinda early though. :-( It was such a fun night! As soon as I got home, I had to do homework and I was up until 11:00 doing it…ugh.
On Tuesday, it was a pretty sucky day...we had English long level too! I had a Tri-M meeting after school, but couldn’t go because I found out last minute that I had a dentist appointment. So, my grandma picked me up and we went there. I hate the dentist! LoL! We went out to eat like 30 minutes later because I didn’t eat lunch that day, and I was then that I realized I had asked dad to pick me up from the Tri-M meeting. So he was sitting in front of the school for like half an hour…I apologized a zillion times, but he was so mad at me. I called him back that night and apologized again, and he forgave me. Today was a good day. I had algebra first…and I knew he was going to call on me, it was a problem that I did completely wrong. I had to find the slope of the line, and I only graphed it. So when he asked me, I said “4”. He asked how I got the answer and I said “from the answer sheet”…LoL! I’m such a great student! HeHe! I stayed after with Laura to practice our duet and we’re doing MUCH better now Thank god!!!! Now I’m not half as nervous as I was before. I’m going out with Ant & Caserra to Newport Creamery’s in a little bit…so I have to go get ready! Make sure that on November 30th, you watch teh Tree Lighting Ceremony because Clay Aiken and Michael Bublé are performing!!!! :-D Happy Thanksgiving to everyone if I don’t talk to you tomorrow! <3 <3 <3 <3
