Onwards to 300, videogames among other things
First, I hope you all have a nice Australia Day tomorrow. From the looks of it, it'll be 23-34 degrees tomorrow so excuse to go to beach? I think I'll also try to get a Dew CD. Seems they are even more underrated in their homecountry then in Australia as you can't find cds of them anywhere in Japan. So great marketing choice to try your luck down under? Probably not since jpop isn't mainstream that much unless you're Asian or weeaboo here. But really, world's more underrated band.
Also of note, it would appear that Westerners are possibly overtaking the Japanese in terms of mental insanity with the revelations of that woman with the 12000 pokemon collection. Although come to think of it, it might not have costed as much as the idiots who brought a band's worth of equipment just for display after watching K-On. Is it possible for records to measure stupidity? Although definitely not saddening at all is the news of a One Piece theme park.
Furthermore, I am definitely looking forward to RUSE. Finally a videogame that explores intelligence and counter intelligence in depth. All the other RTS out there right only show intelligence as a little horse scout running around black shadows and units being made invisible. Here in RUSE, they have have finally got the hint by providing much more options like decoy units, radio silence and many more tactical that the possibilities. Although it's a shame from the looks of things they didn't provide an option for double agents feeding the enemy with false information similar to the XX System. Although still looking forward to it.
I am still unsure about Supreme Commander 2 though as it looks like it's taken out several of my favourite units including the Scathis and the T3 artillery. Yeah they were expensive but they offered plenty of possibilities. And I'm a fan of softening up the enemy before sending in bombers and troops or I bomb the crap out of them and attack at the same time.
Also, in my spare time I've been reading various other people's anime blogs out of envy because nobody seems to give a shit about mine like Atarashii Prelude and one post that really caught my mind was the one name 'Minori-ty Report.' If you can't be bother to click on the link, in short the poster Setsuna drank from Chihara Minori's bottle and much butthurt and jealousy results from fans of Minorin. Now I'm not so sure if this approaches stalker levels yet since once upon a time I would have consider this an innocent activity among friends (yes, I've seen most of my male friends share drinks) that probably would be an easy way to spread disease and germs. But then, I read the definition on the internet being supposedly an indirect kiss. Come to think of it, wasn't it from reading lil_donkey's Adagio? Although personally I myself for some reason am envious of Setsuna sharing a drink with Minori for some reason (cursed internet) although I don't consider it intense stalker levels yet. I'd also like to hug her, kiss her on the cheek, stroker her hair, lace her water and...
Still, if seiyu otakus online get this butthurt over sharing a water bottle with one I think I should try even better and top Setsuna at his home game. So announcing things I plan to do before I die to induce butthurt.
1. Drink from Yui Aragaki's water bottle.
2. Feed my half eaten burger to Minako Kotobuki
3. Play that dango game with Yoko Hikasa (this will definitely piss off people if K-on continues to remain popular)
4. Kiss Yuu Kobayashi on the cheek.
5. Convince Aya Hirano to give me her old clothes under guise I'm a wholesome crossdresser (if it was used panties ironically I'd be getting praise instead of flames from the otakus lol)
And finally in closing enjoy Stay Frosty Oscar Mike: Ramirez do everything. Soramirez is my new otp (Kanata/Ramirez). I suppose if I can't have a serious military show in Sora no Woto I might as well have a Call of Duty parody instead.
