[OOC] On Gant and Nick-Names
If you've met Gant, chances are he's given you a nickname, even if he hasn't actually busted it out on you yet. This post is mainly to keep track of all the nicknames he will inevitably assign to virtually every person he comes across:
Apollo Justice - Redbreast, Robin Redbreast, Toffee's little bird
Dean Winchester - Winny
Devit - Davey
Finland - Tinny
Kougaiji - Koji
Klavier Gavin - Songbird
Kristoph Gavin - Toffee
Makino Tsukushi - Maki, Matsu
Medusa - Madame Medusa
Mikage - Mickey

Poison Ivy - Miss Ivy (though not to her face)

I think Gant has a lot of reasons for using nicknames: he wants to come across as genial and friendly and fairly harmless, for instance. But I think there's also a definite Alpha Dog assertion of power going on, the verbal equivalent of humping your leg and seeing what you'll let him get away with. So if Gant actually refers to you by your proper name, you can probably take it as a sign of respect. Either that, or he hasn't thought of anything really good yet.
