Too hot to cook?!
The temperatures are getting a wee bit warm this week, about 29°C today and over 30° tomorrow, which brings up the usual question: what on earth do I make for tea? I do not want to put the oven on! Having a salad twice a day is boring. I wonder if I could make something like a noodle/rice bowl, but I'm not sure what sort of sauce it would require. What are your favourite meals when it's too hot to cook?
