Oh, definitely hungry now and nothing interesting planned for dinner either! Can I have the chicken traybake recipe/method? Anytime I've tried that sort of thing either the chicken dries out or I make it way too greasy/oily.. looks like you have the knack though so I'd like to try again :)

It was pretty much just what I put in the post really. I think I got inspiration from a recipe I found online but I can't remember what it was :(

I just drizzled it all over the top of the chicken and veg, so about that much. I mean, I wasn't stingy but you don't want it so it's smothered. I think if the chicken starts to float, it's possibly a bit too much.
