I've had an e-mail from my boss offering to extend my contract till the end of March 2010 AND to increase my hours! I get a whole other hour a week to do stuffs. Crikey. What will I do with all that extra time?

ETA @ 3.45pm: I've just got off the phone with Adecco. They called me about 6 weeks ago because they needed someone for an assignment

I'm baffled as to why an extended contract and extra hours could be a bad thing.

Ohhhh, right. Damn my natural sarcastic tendencies.

Well, it's generally good, I do like the job and so now I can do it for longer. The extra hour will come in handy (and not just because I get an extra hour's pay) but it means I'm now doing the grand total of 4 hours a week. It's really ridiculously low to be able to do anything much, especially when I have so much to do but can't fit it all into my contracted hours.

Such goings-on! I don't know how you're going to manage to fill 4 hours a week, though. I mean you're hardly able to find enough to do to fill three!
