Jobs are like buses
I've had an e-mail from my boss offering to extend my contract till the end of March 2010 AND to increase my hours! I get a whole other hour a week to do stuffs. Crikey. What will I do with all that extra time?
ETA @ 3.45pm: I've just got off the phone with Adecco. They called me about 6 weeks ago because they needed someone for an assignment with the police. It was dragging on and on without any kind of resolution so I'd kind of given up hope of hearing anything from it. Of course, now they ring up and tell me I've got that post and I start on Monday. I'm glad that I'll get the money because I really need it, but now I've got to fit my extended hours of my part-time support work job round the full-time hours of this post!
