Mmm, muffins
Does anyone have a good recipe for coffee cake muffins? Like the kind you get at Dunkies? The ones I'm finding either are coffee flavoured or have things in like walnuts, rolled oats (?!) and diced apples (?!?!). I found a great recipe for Dunkies style pumpkin spice muffins, but it required vanilla pudding, pumpkin spice (whatever that is) and spice cake mix (ditto). I miss my Dunkies muffins! I miss the coffee too but I have a bag of that so that's sorted. So help please with the muffins and I will be muchly happy.
