The Blob - 3 stars. Schlocky 80's remake of the classic monster movie. Fun and funny.
Feast - 3 stars. One of the 3 first films released by project greenlight. When viewed cognizant of the difficulties of shooting a monster movie on a low budget i thought it accomplished what it set out to do admirably. There was silly humour, stabs at genre cliches and buckets of gore. It loses points for bad editing of the action scenes (too choppy) and for having Jason Mewes in it (having his face ripped off was not punishment enough for Jay and Silent Bob strike back)
