Food Journal for 11/14/2010:

Breakfast (7:15am):  1 Cup Cereal (150 cal) with 1/2 cup of Whole Milk (80 cal)
Noon:  "SlimSicle" smoothie from the gym (Orange Juice, "Fat Burn" powder, Vanilla flavored Fiber Powder)
5:45pm:  Baby Bel Bon Bel Cheese (70)
6:00pm:  1 Stalk of Celery (~14 cal), 1tbsp of Peanut Butter (100 cal), small amount of Cucumber (negligible cal), Just under 1 serving size of "lightly butter flavor" Microwave Popcorn (~120 cal), 4oz of Cranberry flavored Kombucha (~15 cal & 1g sugar)

Exercise (gym day):

23 min of Abs (low weight, high-count reps) and 30 min on the bike.

Personally, I'm not sure that I should be eating so little (especially on gym days).  The problem with weekends is that the day just gets away from me and I never really feel hungry...  Which leads to days like yesterday and today.
