You know, sometimes you are really made tro earn your weekend...
My boss can be very schizophrenic. She will sing our praises to anyone who will listen, but then she will go and complain about every little thing. Out dept is 5 people under her. Five. Not much room to breathe sometimes, you know? And as I have said before, we are doing the work of twice as many people. So we all work our asses off. But suddenly she feels that things are breaking down, so at 3pm on a Friday we have to have a serious staff meeting to go over her concerns. And what will happen? We're just going to sit there and take it, becuase you can't argue sometimes. Yes, we may be right because she tells us "Do A," and then later comes back and says "Why did you do A?" And you can't tell her that the problem just may have been on her end. Don't get me wrong, I feel an obligation to do good work for her since I am treated well, and she can be the nicest boss in the world, but her ticks just are magnified in such a small group.
