Blair didn't have any classes today. This gave her plenty of time to relax in her room.

While... relaxing.

And not thinking of anyone in particular.

Certainly not multiple times.

As much as she still found it difficult to believe she was going to the prom with Chuck, Blair still wanted to look good. Better than good, even. Because that would show Chuck.

Show him what Blair wasn't sure, but by God she'd show him.

So she got dressed and otherwise ready and waited for him to come pick her up.

Tormenting Chuck was far too much fun. Before he'd left to do whatever it was Chuck did on his own, Blair made sure to drop enough hints about her own activities for the day to raise Chuck's - ahem - interests.

Now all she needed was her accomplice.

Blair had brought back samples of her mother's latest collection as well as other outfits that had caught her eye while she was home for the holidays. She'd handwavily told Adora to come over so they could sort through them and see if any of the ones Blair didn't want were good for Adora.

So my computer worked this morning... until I plugged the external hard drive in to do a backup. Then not so much.

Didn't have time to play with it before work so not sure what's the up. So if I vanish outside of working hours it's because my laptop went bye bye.

(Oh the irony of this happening after I reformatted the old desktop...)

Blair was not checking Gossip Girl. It might look like it, given the way she had her laptop and phone available. But really she wasn't.
