Sooo, we just found an amazing library! It's about 15 minutes away, and it's an arts library, and has an entire section of bookcases that are just full of Movie scores and soundtracks! We just took out about 20 of them. Even better than that is another room that just has bookcases of the sheet music for just about any score you could want!! I just picked up Mussorgsky's Night on Bare Mountain. So freakin' psyched!
No job yet, though I applied to a bunch of administrative assistant positions for Universal Music, Disney, and 505 Games. Still looking around though.
I just got super cheap Subway. Rain is so seldom here that they offer a rainy day special at Subway, where you buy a half inch sub and get another half inch sub free if it rains. Guess where it rained? There are a lot of acceptable answers here, but I guess the one I'm looking for is: Here! Yep, half price grinders...eating like kings over he-ya.
Music gained from the library: X-Men Soundtrack, Troy Soundtrack, Minority Report Soundtrack, Jurassic Park Soundtrack, Hercules Soundtrack, Beatles Anthology, The Incredibles Soundtrack, House of Flying Daggers Soundtrack, LOTR The Two Towers Soundtrack, LOTR The Fellowship Soundtrack, Return of the Jedi Soundtrack, The Polar Express Soundtrack, Mulan Soundtrack, Interview with the Vampire Soundtrack, Chuck Berry Anthology, Stevie Wonder Greatest Hits, and the Man of La Mancha Soundtrack. And that's just on the first visit!! There's still so much more there!!
