Maybe I should come back to LiveJournal? I must say I'm very disappointed about Tumblr, Twitter, and Discord as platforms for fandom. I've been off in Star Wars, enjoyed the heck out of it, but ... Hi, I'm alive too and happy to hear your life is going so well. I'm on Twitter but as a platform for politics and whatever happens in real life. Have been reading a lot,but no fanfiction lately, just books and other media.

I had to go look at the date there because of 'my health is good' on my original post. That was a couple weeks before my troubles began. In the meantime, I've had ovarian cancer, a couple surgeries, and they think I should be fine for the next decade or so. (Just in time to retire? LOL) Anyway, I am fortunate that the rare type of ovarian cancer I had has a very high survival rate, rather than the common kind, which kills 70% of the people with it within 5 years.

But like I said, that's behind me now and I'm forging ahead. I'm glad you're still out there kicking around. My Tumblr features a little politics - I'm very liberal - but not tons. I hope you're doing well in life!
