Uhm, actually I was thinking about the Miscellaneous pics in galleries of your gal online? Like, Bethany Joy Gallery has a section of her with fans which are obviously official and put up there. So, those are with permission, I guess. If they are personal photos, then ask permission, if they are gallery, assume they are free for all. Hope this helps? XD

since there are veeeery few pics of my beloved helen mccrory - in case i can't find a proper picture for, for example, crying - may i use pictures of her in films as well or does she have to be completely ooc?
