I think my laptop is dying. Oh, and the internet has gone insane. As you can probably guess, I had a bad day.

This morning, I thought I'd try out iTunes in order to get some songs I'd wanted for a while, because everyone harps on about its brilliance. I now know that I FAIL AT ITUNES. I do not understand it in any way. I downloaded Chris De Burgh's

My Ipod only plays MP3's, so I had to change all the songs I wanted to put on the player. It took forever. Thankfully I didn't run into any problems with rights or anything, though I didn't have any songs bought through iTunes, mostly just CDs. I used Media Monkey. It's free, and while it took a while, it was mostly easy to do. I don't know if that will come in handy for you or not.

I didn't even if know Ipods played mp3s or not, because iTunes seem to provide .AAC files, whatever they are. It's good to know I'm not the only one who has that problem :)

Oh, thanks so much for the link! I was just about to buy some software to do that, so thanks very much; I'm sure it'll be useful.

Yeah, it's such a nuisance. I'm not sure how much longer it'll last... :/

You can get it here: Lady in Red @ Play.com. It is 70p. I used Play.com for some Goldfrapp singles and it's very good!! Very reliable!

And join up at mp3_share it's alot easier on the purse/wallet/bank account ^__^
