Almost time for BTS...
With Labour Day falling early this year (September 1), I head back to school earlier than usual (September 2). This means, that two weeks from now, I will be officially in BTS mode.
Next week, my DH & I are heading to Virginia for a week's stay with friends - a colleague of mine & his wife. Plans to visit the Smithsonian are high on the list of priorities, but apparently there is also an amusement park not too far from where we are staying, so that might be a fun day, too - especially since Sonja is staying behind at my parents' house. We could potentially ride roller coasters, together, without having to worry about what she's doing since she's too small for the big rides.

- get some US $ or travellers' cheques
- make sure there isn't food in the fridge that will be rotten & stinky when we get back after a week
- finish the software-testing I've been doing - an online version of the marks management software I use - and send in my report
