As you are aware, Mr. Malfoy is a fine and upstanding member of the wizarding community. The sexually explicit and libellous content of these articles written by Ms. Giselle Burton are a matter of serious concern to our client. In addition, the Malfoy Family are concerned about protecting the integrity of their representative, Mr. Draco Malfoy. For the avoidance of doubt, our client makes no complaint about press releases designed for universal publication.

You have chosen to publish this libellous material on the worldwide web where it may be seen by anyone with access to the internet. As you have chosen also to publish this libellous material to the Galaxy at large, then in our view you should conduct yourself accordingly. It is no answer to suggest that the material contained within these articles is quoted from the sources you specify, as they are nothing more than heresay. Signed affidafits from those who are most immediately concerned by these allegations have been attached for your perusal. We see no reason why online publishers should consider themselves relieved of the responsibilities and legal obligations accepted by publishers in every other medium, and the Courts of the Intergalactic Law Society take the same view.

In the circumstances, our client therefore request you remove all such material and cease making it available to the general public via the internet and other means. Let us know that you will do so no later than 18:00 GMT on Wednesday, April 28th 2004.
