Sweetie, you are going to be so tired the first year you are not going to have time to worry about your outfits. A good day will be when you manage to get in a shower and comb your hair and make sure your socks match. Okay, I'm being (only a little bit) over the top, but really, you won't have much time to worry about it. You'll be so into that baby it won't much matter.
I would not get a combination car seat/stroller. Pain in the neck and they break far too easily. Get a nice convertible stroller, one that starts out with the baby lying flat but will convert into an upright one as the child ages. One that goes up to 40 pounds is good, then you can use it until the child is 4 or 5. I'd do the same with a car seat, get one that can be used first as an infant backwards facing seat then turned around later and used up to 40 pounds as a toddler seat. The initial outlay is more but you spend less over time. Those infant only carrier car seats are almost impossible to take in and out of the car without waking the baby up. You may as well just carry them. Plus they get heavy fast. Especially as the child does. It's easier often to just carry the baby.
I would go with electric over manual breast pumps if you can afford one. Or my hospital rented them for $20 a month (that was 8.5 years ago, though) and for as long as I used it, it was less than buying one would have been. Electric is just easier, it's so much less work, takes less time, and you can read a book or something while it's going on. Manual is okay if there's no easy access to electricity but it's a real pain, I thought.
Slings are okay but I think they cause a lot of back and neck pain after the baby weighs about 12 pounds or more.
Your baby could sleep on a blanket on the floor in the living room, a nice thick one, or you could get a playpen. They often have inserts that go across the top now to put in that hold the child until they are twenty pounds, and it doubles as a bassinet. A regular bassinet or a smaller cradle or basket, you wouldn't be able to use for very long.
