Yeah, me too. Normally it's a routine procedure, every eight months or so. So my mom was catastrophising, and I was pretty normal feeling. And then that second phone call, and I was freaking the fuck out. I've got this fear of people being put under anathesia and not waking up, so not having the chance to say 'goodbye' just in case was really fucking bad.

But he's home, and he's fine, so it's okay. Thanks for caring.
