Dispar is awesome. It surpasses even that of Vanilla. Everyone should read this lyrics and revel in the provocativeness of it. :D
You do not have to read if you have a problem with my translation; you do not have to read if you don't like the intensive notes I tend to put on all my translations, and you do not have to read if all you intend to do is mock my Japanese. That being said, as with all translators, I have my rules.

Notes
[1] The protagonist here is, in essence, doing something to “cause” the other’s tongue to crawl up onto the protagonist.
[2] The word used for “play” (tawamureru) here isn’t the normal “play” (asobu). In this sense, tawamureru also has the nuance of “to tease” or “to jest”. Basically, Gackt is saying “tease the snake!”
[3] If you check in the dictionary, “to dishevel” is “to loosen and let fall in disarray”. Now, apply that to female chests.
[4] “To toy”, “to play”, “to touch all over.”
[5] The body is torn apart (and in which sense? Well, I’ll let you readers use your imagination) and is trembling, with the sentence implying that the trembling is caused by something (by what? Well, that’s up to you as well.)
[6] Sayonara basically means to say goodbye.
[7] “nukegara” has the meaning of a husk, or skin that is shed, like that of a snake’s. Basically, it is an outer envelope which could be taken off.
[8] This part of the sentence gives a feeling that whatever/whomever is on top is panting or gasping in some kind of pain. The whole sentence implies that that “thing” continues to ask to pant or gasp in that suffering.
[9] I did not add in a pronoun for this one because I really do not know who disappears. I guess it’s up to you guys to decide.
[10] This can also mean “to have an insatiable lust for”, “to desire deeply for” or “to devour”. All of them basically tell us that the protagonist wants to take all of the whatever the thing is up to even the heart.
[11] The word used here is “iroaseta” from the root “iroaseru” which means “to fade away” or “to dull in colour”. Also, it gives a sense of the object becoming lifeless, since it is growing paler in colour.
