Since I know there's a bunch of you out there: Is there anyway I can hook my hard drive up to my laptop so I can use the laptop as monitor/keyboard for the drive?

I'm trying to downsize, and it'd be nice to be able to keep the drive but not have to lug the extra stuff around.
