April 9th: Virginian-Pilot
A couple of my patrons at the CPO Club were nice enough to save the newspaper article about the ship leaving.
The front page picture is awesome. And yeah, it really was an awful day when he left. It rained all weekend right until they pulled out --not to mention it being COLD also!

April 7th: Terry Leaves For Japan~
Terry left on April 7th from Norfolk to where his ship will be the first Nuclear Carrier to call Japan home. His cruise will take him from Virginia to Rio de Janeiro to Valparaiso, Chile to San Diego to Honolulu to Guam and finally to Yokosuka ( Read more... )
