Why do the new ADA regulations include "Transvestism, transsexualism, ... gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders" in the same list as "pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism"? I agree that "The term disability does not include" any of these, but I don't like these being lumped together in the same list in a legal document, or what is implied by including transgender people in a list of "sexual behavior disorders".
