October 14th ticket question

Are people having trouble getting tickets? Last night I got a call from someone who says the Ticketwindow site is doing some kind of loop thing where it says that reserved seating isn't avilable. I'm going to talk to them later this afternoon and need to know if people have been having trouble. Our margins are way too small to lose people to a non-funtional ticket website! Arg.

Please let me know so I can get the issue fixed.
