As promised, good things!
I am on vacation until Thursday! Yaaaayyy! The evil evil place of employment slightly reduced their evilness this year when they changed the vacation time policy so you could carry some over into the next year as long as you use it in January. I am gladly avoiding that place while it snows and I do pleasant things like cook, play with kitties and go cross country skiing with my dad.
As of last night, I have conquered the box set of League of Gentlemen. It was one of the many awesome Christmas presents from Dan. It's a little scary that I've watched all of it by now. That includes special features and commentary because I am a nerd like that. The speed at which I get through these bizarre British comedies is probably a bit frightening and not at all good for my sanity when relating to anybody else, but it makes me happy. Mark Gatiss is my favorite Gent. I adore all of them, but I like him the best. He's a major Doctor Who fan, so that probably has something to do with it. Next on the list is to get through the complete second season of Saturday Night Live, also from Dan. That will probably take longer. But I will enjoy that as well.
I am feeling slightly warm and fuzzy, which I hope I am correct in associating with the wine and warm fireplace while I listen to BBC Radio 7 (currently playing the Radio Dramatisation of Terry Pratchett's "Mort") and not the extremely high possibility that I have consumed cat hair throughout the day.
