So aside the
carrot incident that happened earlier, my day off went pretty good! I slept until 1:30 pm, and stayed in my PJs all day. Yup, that means I didn't work out, which means I'll pump it up tomorrow and switch to the Ramp It Up! workout, Si6 level 2.
I'm not pleased to report that I ate the rest of the mac n cheese when I came home from work yesterday. Then when I woke up, I ate a bowl of Special K with a little bit of All Bran Buds in it. For a snack, I had a yellow apple with a tb spoon of peanut butter. In the afternoon, I felt like something crunchy, so I had about 10 carrots. For supper, I had a chicken sandwich with a cream of mushroom soup. For dessert, I had a yogurt. I drank 2 juices. And now, I'm having a 100 calories popcorn bag. Water intake: 2L.
