Lots of free time
Well, I'm awake at almost 4 in the morning. With this working part time thing I've been getting plenty of sleep. Usually I get too much sleep most days. I gotta get a second job or get back in school or something soon b/c I've been soooo bored lately....not to mention I haven't been getting many hours at Aero. Bre says that I'll have tons of hours once the back to school season is here but I don't think I can wait that long. I've been putting applications out, so we'll see how that goes.
Today is Vickie's retirement party. That should be a good time. Shaun and I got her a GPS system and then Shaun is giving her $2,000 so she can do something fun to kick off her retirement. He's such a good son and a great boyfriend, I'm truly blessed. He took me out to Texas Roadhouse last night since it's a new place here in Sfield. The food was good and the rolls are awesome. It was yummy and, of course, I ate way too much.
Cory is coming home for a few days starting tomorrow. Well, he won't get in until late tomorrow night, but he'll be here with Baylen until Tuesday so that's pretty awesome. We are having family pictures taken on Sunday. It'll be nice to have some w/out the evil Turk. And now Shaun will be in them. :)
My one year anniversary with Shaun is coming up in August. I think we are going to go spend the weekend at one of those awesome themed suites that I've been dying to stay at and go visit Allerton park in Champaign. That place is so pretty. I can't believe it's almost been a year. Time sure does fly. It's been an awesome year, though. I never thought that when Shaun took Melissa and me out to dinner that night that I was sitting across from my future husband. It sure is funny how things work out. Well...I think I'll get a drink and head back to bed before Shaun has to get up and get ready for work. G'night lj.
