I called to complain to the cable company about having an appointment on Friday and they said I could have one on Tuesday between 14h-16h. I called twice to the mgmt company requesting that the cable guy have access, so we will see what happens. If all goes well, by 16h05 I'll be online. Just in time to leave and go to school.

The cable guy was supposed to show up on Saturday, between 14h and 16h. He came just at the end of that window. The cable in the apartment wasn't live, so he had to go wander and find the box for the building. He came back and said we needed maintenance because he coudln't access the box. They wouldn't come out on a weekend unless it's an emergency ( Read more... )
