Lists

Every night before I go to bed, in an effort to help me calm my racing mind, I made a to-do list on the pad beside my bed.

my lists have been averaging 10 items, and I've generally been taking care of about 3. this isn't even counting when I cross off an items but add 2 more as a result.

My solution? make shorter lists so I have a higher completion rate.

Now I feel better but I can't sleep because there's stuff on my mind that I'm not writing down. So I guess I need to be more productive.
