So I just got my retainer and braces adjusted. Oww...It's not so much that my braces hurt as wearing my retainer does. The spring was adjusted to push my front tooth forward and the front wire was tightened so it would stay on. I know the pain means it's working but I wish my mouth would stop hurting.
