bum bum badum dum
I have that bassline from the Ripple Star (Kirby 64 music loooool) song stuck in my head, which is fun. And I sent it to Conor today (assuming he got it, he signed off after I sent it) so he's gonna learn it which will be amazing. Last night he, Richard, and Gabe went to the Chiodos concert which I wish I was at sooo badly...but I stayed home and did my Spanish project instead, haha, and it came out pretty amazingly. Today Conor told me what he got for Robin at the concert and I was just kind of like LDFKJHGLDFHN GODDAMNIT CONOR, WHY ARE YOU AMAZING.
Yesterday was invitational which was maddd fun, I got there with Anna and sat with JING&STEPH! I missed them so much but it was amazing seeing them again, Jing in all of her Asian glory and Steph with her Asian-looking purse and wallets, haha. Robin came and sat with us too, then we met Conor and people and sat with them. Some of the bands were really good, it was kind of a shame though since we had to have it IN OUR SCHOOL'S GYM since it had rained that day. None of the bands could do their marching so it was basically a standing show.
Well after the many other marching bands performed, our school's came on, and they were SO AMAZING. Like, you don't even know. They got a standing ovation (I mean, it's our school hosting the show but it's kind of expected, but still, haha) and they definitely deserved it. Tim's hair was in a ponytail...it was hilarious. And the drum majors' sequin capes were FANTASTIC.
Totally joining band next year. I know I've said that since like 8th grade but next year, IT'S GONNA HAPPEN.
After the show ended, me, Robin, Conor, Jing, and Steph stood outside the gym in the rain for some reason, eventually questioned why we were standing out there and decided to walk to Dunkin Donuts. Jing and Steph got picked up and I walked home in the now sprinkly but still kinda relaxing and nice weather with Robin and Conor. When I got home, saw my mom had begin putting the Halloween decorations up (conor: "IT'S NOT EVEN OCTOBER!" haha) which made me smile. :)
Today is my bro's birthday, happy birthday to him! My mom made an amazing cake (like, you don't even know how amazing it is) that I may go grab another slice of once I finish typing this. I went shopping earlier today with my parents and saw the ugliest jackets ever bah...hopefully I'll go to the mall this weekend so I can buy one of the fantastic H&M jackets.
I have English and WHAP to finish still, then rehearsal, bah. But my mommy's making stir fry tonight which is probably my favorite meal EVER. <3 Mom's getting a lot of love in this entry, haha. Tomorrow's Monday, which usually will suck, but it won't since
1. It's an A day, which means CHOIR FIRST & NO ALGEBRA
2. NO SCHOOL TUES+WED.
But, I do have rehearsal tm night. :[ And Anna and Wendy won't be there since theyz Jewish. Bahhh!
Well I'mma go now, eat and finish homework n shit. Have a good rest of Sunday.
Also, AM I THE ONLY ONE TOTALLY PUMPED FOR DECEMBER?! LIKE YOU HAVE NO IDEA, I WANT TO LISTEN TO CHRISTMAS MUSIC SO BADLY BUT IT'S TOO OUT OF SEASON BAHHH
