Red Lake
Sad fucking world we live in...when a 17 year old native american wakes up, gets dressed, grabs his grandfather's guns and kills his grandparents, takes his grandfather's cop car to school, walks up to the security guard and kills him, walks into the school and opens fire upon the first classroom he gets to, killing the teacher and 5 students, wounding god knows how many others before finally turning the last bullet upon himself. All of this happened on a indian reservation about a 45 minute drive from where I live now in Bemidji. Red Lake is actually a very poor and ghetto area of Minnesota. Ruth said that Red Lake is its own soverign nation which means that it isn't actually a part of the United States. She said that she wouldn't want to have her car break down there because it's worse than breaking down in the bad parts of Phillidelphia, so she's surprised but not too surprised that this happened there.
