Last night I had an asama attack, one of the most frightening thing in my life, definitely in the top 3. The doctor says it's due to the dry air and all the SECOND HAND SMOKE. I don't know what I'm going to do, every time a friend lights on up I walk away and they get mad like I just blew them off or something. This is one of those time where you want to drasticly change your life, but thats easier said then done... Oh yeah and it really is like being a fish out of water...
